Introduction

Callbreak is a mobile card game published by Prabhaav Creations Pvt. Ltd. This page explains, in plain language, what information the Callbreak app uses when you play.

The short version

You can play as a guest. The game runs on your device. We use Firebase, a Google service, to record basic gameplay events and to receive feedback you choose to send us. We do not show ads, sell your information, or use advertising trackers.

What stays on your device

The app may save these things on your phone or tablet so the game works:

• A local guest player id
• The display name and avatar you choose
• Game settings, progress, and scores
• Whether you agreed to the end-user license
• Feedback you type in the app (see below)

This stays on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Game events we collect

We use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how the game is used. When you play, the app sends events such as game started and game completed, along with:

• The app version
• The display name or nickname you chose in the app
• Your device's operating system

We use this only to understand how the game is played and to improve it. Firebase is Google's service, and this data is processed on Google's infrastructure under Google's own privacy and security terms.

What we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Your real name, unless you type one in feedback
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• Payment or banking details
• Face, fingerprint, or other biometric data
• Advertising identifiers

You do not need an account to play.

Feedback

If you use the in-app feedback form, you can optionally add a name and email, plus a message. The app also sends the app version and your device's operating system.

This feedback is sent to us through Firebase and stored so we can read and respond to it. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the game — never for advertising, and never shared with anyone outside Prabhaav Creations.

Ads, analytics, and tracking

The Callbreak app does not show ads.

We use Firebase Analytics to collect the gameplay events described above. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not use separate advertising identifiers or third-party ad trackers.

The app does not use cookies.

Children

Callbreak is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and think a child has given us personal information, please contact us. We will delete it if we have it.

App stores

If you download Callbreak from Apple's App Store or Google Play, those stores have their own privacy practices. We do not control what they collect.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. Firebase, provided by Google, stores and processes the game events and feedback described above on our behalf. We would only disclose information further if the law requires it.

Deleting your data

If you'd like us to delete your nickname, feedback, or game event history, email contact@prabhaavcreations.com and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If we start collecting more information, we will update this page first.
